Formulario de asistencia

La fecha límite para inscribirse como asistente es el 11 de mayo de 2025. Toda persona interesada en recibir un certificado de asistencia deberá cumplimentar el siguiente formulario de asistencia y, posteriormente, rellenar la hoja de firmas en cada panel al que asista. 

Será preciso asistir al menos a un 80 % de las actividades para obtener dicho certificado.

The deadline to register as an attendee is May 11th, 2025. Anyone interested in receiving an attendance's certificate must complete the following attendance form and then fill out the signature sheet for each panel they attend. 

It will be necessary to attend at least 80% of the activities to obtain this certificate.
