Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the ConfidenceMax mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed by Yaşar Can Çilingir (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
Overview
The Application is designed to help users build confidence, communication skills, social skills, dating confidence, leadership skills, and related personal-development habits through short lessons, exercises, streaks, progress tracking, and optional AI-powered coaching.
The Application does not require users to create an account. The Service Provider does not operate a centralized user account database for storing user profiles. Most personalization and progress data is stored locally on the user’s device.
The Application is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or emergency service. AI-generated content and lesson content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

This local data remains under the user’s control and can be removed by deleting the Application from the device. The Service Provider does not operate its own centralized backend database for storing this local progress data.
Third-Party Processing
Certain Application features require interaction with third-party services. In these cases, relevant data may be transmitted directly to those services.
OpenAI API
The Application uses OpenAI services to provide AI Coach responses and evaluate free-response practice exercises.
When users interact with AI Coach, their messages may be sent to OpenAI together with limited learning context, such as completed lesson count, study time, and level information.
When users submit free-response lesson answers, the submitted answer and related course, lesson, and scenario information may be sent to OpenAI for evaluation.
