PRIVACY POLICY — CONFECTIONERY COACH
Short version: your photos stay on your iPhone, there is no account, and there is no server to send anything to.
WHAT THE APP DOES WITH YOUR PHOTOS
Photographs you take or select are examined on the device itself, using the image-analysis frameworks built into iOS. A picture is never transmitted anywhere, because the app has no network component at all.
WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
When an analysis finishes, the app writes three things to its own storage area on your iPhone: the picture, the date, and the written recommendations produced for it. Alongside that it keeps your two preferences (haptics on or off, photos kept in history or not) and a count of how many desserts have been analysed. Nothing else is recorded.
If you switch off "Keep photos in history" in Settings, new analyses stop writing pictures to storage altogether; the written advice is still produced and kept. Pictures already stored stay until you remove them with one of the deletion actions below.
WHAT IS NOT COLLECTED
No name, no email address, no phone number, no location, no contacts, no device identifiers, no usage statistics. The app contains no analytics framework, no advertising framework, and no third-party SDK of any kind. Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing leaves the device.
CAMERA AND PHOTO LIBRARY
The camera is used only while you are taking a picture of a dessert. Choosing an existing image goes through the standard iOS picker, which hands the app the single photo you select and nothing more.
CHILDREN
The app collects no personal information from any user, whatever their age, and contains no advertising, purchases, chat or user-to-user features.
REMOVING YOUR DATA
Settings contains "Delete all dessert photos", which erases every stored picture immediately, and "Clear history", which erases analyses, photos and progress together. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes everything the app has stored, with no residue elsewhere.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Should any of the above change in a future version, the revised policy will ship inside the app, on the Privacy Policy screen in Settings, and will be published alongside the App Store listing.
