Vítor Agostinho - Inspetor UNC3T | Polícia Judiciária
Inspetor responsável pela Equipa Técnica de Investigação Digital da Unidade Nacional de Combate ao Cibercrime e a Criminalidade Tecnológica (UNC3T) da Polícia Judiciária. Foi colaborador da Microsoft de 2001 a 2007, onde exerceu o cargo de “License Compliance Manager” e o cargo de perito em contrafações de licenciamento e representando a empresa em Tribunal. Entre 2007 a 2017 integrou a Unidade Nacional Europol como membro no seu Comité de Segurança, foi Vice Chairman no Comité de Programa de TIC e representou a instituição PJ nestes grupos de trabalho. Conselheiro de Justiça e Assuntos Internos (JAI) da UE para questões de criptografia; Especialista em Cyber-Intel e Cybercrime. Responsável por várias investigações de âmbito nacional e internacional na área do cibercrime.

Manuel Veiga - Professor Associado | Universidade de Vigo
Manuel Fernández Veiga (Ph.D. 2001, Universidade de Vigo) é Professor Associado no Departamento de Engenharia Telemática da Universidade de Vigo, e também é afiliado ao centro de pesquisa AtlanTTIC. Sua experiência de ensino abrange as áreas de teoria da informação e comunicação, redes, criptografia e redes de ciência, tanto nos níveis de graduação e pós-graduação. Na investigação, suas atuais áreas de interesse estão focadas no projeto e análise de redes e sistemas densos sem fio, com aplicações em comunicações 5G, auxiliadas por cache, redes antecipadas e sistemas de comunicação com eficiência energética. Ele é co-autor de mais de 40 artigos em revistas internacionais e cerca de 50 artigos em conferências. Ele supervisionou cinco Ph.D. alunos e mais de 10 teses de mestrado nos últimos 5 anos. Participou em 6 projectos de investigação e colabora nos projectos Erasmus + CHBE LMPI, AUDITUM e ELEMEND. Ele também é co-fundador do spin-off tecnológico SocialWire Labs, que desenvolve plataformas de software integrado para aprendizagem social.

Duarte Monteiro é chefe da Equipa de Avaliação e Exploração de Segurança da Informação na EURONEXT, responsável pelo processo de gestão de vulnerabilidades no âmbito global desta organização e suas subsidiárias. As principais atividades atuais desempenhadas por esta equipa da EURONEXT incluem testes de penetração, formação de equipes, revisão de código, pesquisa e avaliação de vulnerabilidades, conformidade técnica (CIS - Center for Internet Security), ajuste de ferramentas de monitorização e auditoria de segurança.

André Baptista - Professor & Investigador | FCUP & INESC TEC
André Baptista é professor em Ciências da Computação na Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto e investigador em Segurança Informática no INESC TEC. Ele também é capitão da equipa Extreme Security Task Force (xSTF) desde 2015 e vencedor do prémio "Most Valuable Hacker", concedido pela HackerOne em Washington DC, EUA em 2018. André Baptista também é Bug Bounty Hunter e colaborador da C3P ( Centro de Competência em Segurança Cibernética e Privacidade) na Universidade do Porto.

António Pinto - Professor Assistente | ESTG-Politécnico do Porto
António Pinto é doutorado em Engenharia Electrotécnica e de Computadores pela Universidade do Porto (2010). Actualmente é Professor Adjunto na Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão (ESTG) do Politécnico do Porto, onde leciona nas áreas de redes informáticas, sistemas operativos, segurança de redes e forense digital. Ele também é investigador do CRACS no INESC TEC. Os seus atuais interesses de investigação incluem sistemas de gestão de segurança da informação, segurança de computadores e redes e análise forense digital. António Pinto publicou mais de 15 artigos e participou em mais de 5 projetos de pesquisa, incluindo projetos europeus. Detém as certificações ISO 27001 Lead Implementer e 27001 Lead Auditor.

Vítor Agostinho - Inspector UNC3T | Polícia Judiciária
Inspector responsible for the Technical Team for Digital Investigation of the Unidade Nacional de Combate ao Cibercrime e a Criminalidade Tecnológica (UNC3T) of Polícia Judiciária. He was a Microsoft collaborator from 2001 to 2007, where he held the position of "License Compliance Manager" and the position of expert in licensing counterfeits and representing the company in court. From 2007 to 2017 he was a member of the Europol National Unit as a member of its Security Committee, he was Vice Chairman of the ICT Program Committee and represented the PJ institution in these working groups. He is an Adviser of Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) in EU on cryptography issues, a specialist in Cyber-Intel and Cybercrime. He is responsible for several national and international investigations in the area of cybercrime.

Manuel Veiga - Associate Professor | Universidade de Vigo
Manuel Fernández Veiga (Ph.D. 2001, University of Vigo) is Associate Professor in the Department of Telematics Engineering at the University of Vigo, and is also affiliated to the AtlanTTIC research center. His teaching experience spans the areas of information and communication theory, networking, cryptography and network science, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In research, his current areas of interest are focused on the design and analysis of dense wireless networks and systems, with applications in 5G, cache-aided communications, anticipatory networking and energy efficient communication systems. He has co-authored more than 40 papers in international journals, and about 50 papers in conferences. He has supervised five Ph.D. students and more than 10 Master's thesis in the last 5 years. He has participated in 6 research projects, and collaborates in the Erasmus+ CHBE projects LMPI, AUDITUM and ELEMEND. He is also co-founder of the technological spin-off SocialWire Labs, which develops integrated software platforms for social learning.

António Pinto has a PhD in Electrical and Computers Engineering from Porto University (2010). Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão (ESTG) of the Polytechnic of Porto, where he gives courses in computer networks, operating systems, network security and digital forensics. He is also a researcher of CRACS at INESC TEC research institute. His current research interests include information security management systems, computer and network security, and digital forensics. António Pinto has published 15+ papers and participated in 5+ research projects, including European projects. Holds both ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and 27001 Lead Auditor certifications.
