Katja Krohn  (Alto)

Katja is from Germany and moved to Vancouver in 2019. She's always liked to sing along to the radio and was even in choir in High School, but didn´t pursue it as a hobby as an adult. In September 2019 she finally took the leap and joined VPOPS after a colleague introduced her to the group and she saw two amazing shows in the Chan Centre. There really was no question that she wanted to be part of this wonderful group of talented and enthusiastic people and join them on stage. 

Since then, she has found many friends in the group who enjoy performing music from Disney and musicals as much as she does and who keep on teaching her new things every week. But they´re not just fun to be with on stage, they are also awesome to spend time with off stage during karaoke nights, laser tag, ice skating, volleyball, BBQs, game nights and so much more. VPOPS has become a community that makes Vancouver more of a home away from home for her.
