ComFix 2024 - Stage 3

Stage 3 - Guidelines

Through Stages 1 and 2, you have developed a robust solution to a real world problem with the aid of communication technology. Now it is the time for you to present your solution before a panel of experts to be evaluated. For Stage-3, you are required to prepare a presentation for your solution.

Presentation Preparation

 Include the following content when preparing your presentation.

1. Title 

2. Introduce your team and members

3. Include the content you added in the report in a summarized manner when preparing the presentation.

   • Problem statement

   • Solution (methodology and implementation)

   • Use communication technology in the solution

   • Feasibility, challenges, budget (if possible to estimate), etc.

Adhere to the following guidelines when preparing the presentation.

1. You can use any available tools/software for presentation preparation.

2. Do not exceed 10 minutes for your presentation.

3. If you are in a team, members can present sections of the presentation.

4. The presentation will be followed by a 10 minute Q&A session from the judge panel.

Evaluation Date and Venue

The final round of ComFix2024 will take place in the ENTC1 hall of the Electronic and Telecommunication Department at the University of Moratuwa. Date will be announced later.
