We are an interdisciplinary group of researchers working on bio-physical limits to growth using macro-evolutionary models.

We are developing agent-based models to study flows of natural and material resources in the economy.

One of our goals is to examine if the circular economy can help de-couple growth from increasing carbon dioxide emissions.

To this end, we combine input-output tables with material flows, using stock-consistent macro-evolutionary models.
