I provide an authentic, safe environment for you to look deep within, and welcome all of your parts, feelings and beliefs from a place of non-judgment, acceptance and compassion.

I use a present moment, heart-centered approach and draw on a variety of modalities (listed below) to support you. Whether you have a particular issue in mind, want to improve your relationships, aim for self realization, or just want to be a better human being, I welcome the opportunity to assist you on your journey towards growth and healing!

Spiritual Counseling is a process through which one can deepen and enhance their spiritual progress by having someone that has gone through many of the challenging experiences brought upon during the spiritual journey. I have decades of experience cultivating intuition, doing spiritual practices, and sharing the wisdom accumulated to help others through their life long work of spiritual formation. I am also an ordained ministerial counselor.

IFS (Internal Family Systems) is the primary model used since I find this approach to be very helpful and expedient in getting to the root of many issues without expectations, pathology, analyzing or trying to “fix”. With the integration of some of the methods mentioned below, you can cultivate awareness of and compassion for all the various aspects of yourself. For a more detailed description of IFS, please see the Resources page.

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) NARM helps clients deepen connection to the parts of self that are organized, coherent and functional. This resource-oriented approach helps bring into awareness and organization the parts of self that are disorganized and dysfunctional without making the regressed, dysfunctional elements the primary theme of the session. This model works harmoniously with IFS.

MBST (Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy) is a body-centered, soul-based model that enhances the body’s own capacity to heal from body-stored stress or trauma. It utilizes practices of self-awareness and self-compassion to free the body, breath, and energy flow, which helps bring more vitality to the body and balance to the mind.

Somatic Awareness Somatic Awareness is the process of consistently being aware of your inner world on multiple levels (body, mind, emotions). Through inquiry, meditation and imagery, you become aware of issues, challenges and/or gifts you may not have recognized before. The body’s signals thus become a pathway towards self-healing, inner peace, and vitality, and can be used to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.

The Wonder Method this is a very gentle method for unwind limiting emotions and quieting the mind's chatter. Through the process of stillness, the practitioner creates a present-awareness, life force energy field, then gradually and subtly” touches” the client's energy field. Results can range between a subtle feeling of relaxation to a profoundly deep healing experience.

Reiki is a Japanese form of hands-on energy healing, in which the practitioner uses their palms to transmit life force energy field directly to the client. This modality encourages both emotional and physical healing, and can be used either in person or remotely.

Medical Intuition Medical Intuition is used in conjunction with other healing modalities and can help in viewing issues from a symbolic perspective. My particular use includes a variety of tools to help you understand the connection between body ailments, the chakra system and the psychological meaning behind symptoms.
