Hello we are the Anti- bullying ambassadors at Compass School and welcome to our site. We are a group of students from years 7 to 11 that really want to make a difference in our school and beyond. We want all students to enjoy school life and to feel included and accepted at all times. We work with the Diana awards and receive ambassador training, we are currently working to achieve the Diana Award badges. Our work in school includes: a weekly lunch time group called the Golden Lions run with the Junior prefects, a dedicated anti-bullying email address and weekly open door drop in session sessions for students. We all have have a bi-weekly meeting with the student leadership coordinator staff member. On this website you can see what we do and also where you can get help.
Why we want to be Anti-bullying ambassadors
"I want to help my community by making it a nicer place to be"
"because I have seen someone being bullied and I did not like it so I would like to help stop bullying"
"I like to help cheer people up"
"because I personally have been bullied in the past and excluded from a group and I don't want to see anyone else go through it"
