A virtual home tour that allows the consumer to walk through the home from the comfort of their home! I can additionally add a sketch of the floor plan with room dimensions for $25. This is up to a 3,000 sq. foot home
Drone And Aerial Photos: $100
A short aerial video and photos that you can use for your listings. Especially helpful when selling land or properties with a lot of land. For an additional $25 I can add lot lines* if provided with a plat.
Listing Photos: $150
Anywhere from 50-80 professionally edited photos of your home and the exterior of your home.
Zillow 3-D Tours (Zillow Showcase): $150
Zillow Showcase highlights your property with professional, authentic photos and videos to make your listing stand out. This premium service attracts more buyers, helping you sell faster and at the right price.
