Ria Arnold is the founder of Spaces for Healing. As a graduate of Norfolk State University's Social Work Program and Keller Graduate School of Management, she upholds the village concept by assisting individuals and families in reclaiming and rewriting their narratives centered around childbirth, the postpartum period, and their physical and mental wellness. She does this by offering birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula support, placenta encapsulation services, and yoga instruction for individuals of all ages with unique degrees of mobility. Ms. Arnold also provides a space for womb healing through vaginal/yoni steaming. When she's not attending births or hosting yoga classes, she enjoys expressing her creativity through her belly casting services and birth photography.
