Dear Home Study Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to meet with you for our first Virtual Parent-Teacher Conference. We are sharing with you the following instructions below on how to join our Parent-Teacher Conference. Please read the entire letter carefully and follow the instructions accordingly.

• To ensure that our time together is as informative as possible, kindly complete this brief survey on or before your schedule PTC.

• Make sure to log in your child's email address upon accessing the PTC Survey Form.

• The focus of the conference would be on the results of the first quarterly assessment and shall only take about 10-15 minutes of your time.

• Any other concerns that will not be covered during the PTC can still be raised via our chat support.

• Report Cards of those with pending Google Keep and Grade Sheet submissions would be put on hold.

• Only one parent / guardian may join the video meeting; no need for your child to join as it is intended only for teachers and parents.

• Please check your child's student profile on the day of your scheduled meeting to view their progress report.

• Report Cards of those with pending Google Keep and Grade Sheet submissions would be put on hold.

• Please note that the access to the Progress Report would be good for seven (7) days.

• The Official Progress Report will be released at the end of the school year.

• Click the photo below to see the availability of the Teacher's Calendar according to your child's grade level.

• You may book your schedule according to the availability of the Teacher's Calendar.

• After securing the schedule you will receive an email containing the link for video call.
