You also have to adjust the speed of the stripping rotor to an optimal value. The role of this rotor is to separate the stalk head from the grain. We can ensure complete separation by setting the speed of the rotor to low. If you set it to high, it will lead to grain wastage.


If you notice un-threshed heads in the grain, you have to adjust the combine concave setting. Close it a little and check the results. You will see more heads get threshed.
