1. Acceptance. By downloading or using ThermoWeather ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service. ThermoWeather provides weather information and temperature-measurement tools for personal, informational use. The App is a consumer reference tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Temperature readings — including body-temperature values entered, imported, or estimated — are for general reference only and must not be relied upon for medical decisions. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
3. Accuracy. Weather data is provided by third parties and temperature estimates (including the acoustic measurement feature) are approximate and depend on conditions and device hardware. We do not warrant that any information or measurement is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
4. Subscriptions. The App offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("ThermoWeather Plus"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide.
6. Intellectual property. The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Weather data and map tiles are provided under license from their respective providers.
7. Third-party services. The App uses third-party services to function, including weather data, subscription management, analytics, and advertising. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
