本プライバシーポリシーは、Kanapoco App Developer（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリ「もふぷよ大作戦」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。
本アプリでは、広告配信、アプリの利用状況解析、およびワールドランキング機能のために、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
2.1 広告配信（Google AdMob / i-mobile）
本アプリは、広告配信ツールとして Google AdMob および 株式会社アイモバイル（i-mobile） を使用しています。各事業者は、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するために、以下の情報を取得・利用することがあります。
広告ID（Advertising ID）
Cookieおよび使用状況データ
デバイス情報（IPアドレス、デバイスの種類、OSバージョンなど）
位置情報（国や地域などの概略位置）

2.2 ユーザーの同意（GDPR/CPRA対応）
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、または米国の特定の州の居住者に対しては、Googleの「User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK」を使用し、データの収集および利用に関する同意を求めます。利用者はアプリ内の設定画面から、いつでもプライバシー設定を変更・撤回することができます。
2.3 ワールドランキング機能（Firebase）
本アプリは、ワールドランキング機能を提供するために Google Firebase を使用しています。利用者がランキングへの参加に同意し、ニックネームを登録した場合に限り、以下のデータがサーバーへ送信・保存されます。
ニックネーム（利用者が入力したもの）
アプリ内で生成されたランダムなユーザーID
ゲームのハイスコアおよびプレイ統計情報（脱出数、キル数など）
※ご注意：ニックネームには、本名や住所、電話番号など、個人を特定できる情報を入力しないようお願いいたします。
2.4 アプリ内データの保存
本アプリは、利用者の利便性向上のため、以下のデータを端末内のストレージ（ローカルストレージ）に保存します。ワールドランキングに関するデータを除き、これらのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

ゲームの進行状況（アンロックされたキャラクターなど）
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、前述の広告配信事業者（Google AdMob、株式会社アイモバイル）およびバックエンドサービス（Google Firebase）は、そのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を利用します。
本アプリは幅広い年齢層の方に楽しんでいただける内容ですが、意図的に13歳未満の児童から個人を特定できる情報を収集することはありません。
当方は、法令の改正や本アプリの仕様変更に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。変更を行った場合は、本ページにてお知らせいたします。

This Privacy Policy establishes how Kanapoco App Developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Developer") handles user information in the smartphone application "Mofu Puyo Strategy" (hereinafter referred to as "this App").
This App may collect the following information for the purpose of advertisement delivery, analysis of app usage status, and the World Ranking feature.
2.1 Advertisement Delivery (Google AdMob / i-mobile)
This App uses Google AdMob and i-mobile Co., Ltd. as advertisement delivery tools. Each provider may collect and use the following information to display advertisements relevant to user interests:

Cookies and Usage Data
Device Information (IP address, device type, OS version, etc.)
Location Information (Approximate location such as country or region)

2.2 User Consent (GDPR/CPRA Compliance)
For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or specific states in the United States, we use Google's "User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK" to obtain consent regarding the collection and use of data. Users can change or withdraw their privacy settings at any time from the settings screen within the App.
2.3 World Ranking Feature (Firebase)
This App uses Google Firebase to provide a World Ranking feature. Only if the user agrees to participate in the ranking and registers a nickname, the following data will be transmitted to and stored on the server:
Nickname (entered by the user)
Randomly generated User ID created within the app
Game high scores and gameplay statistics (escape counts, kill counts, etc.)
Note: Please do not enter your real name, address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information as your nickname.
2.4 Storage of In-App Data
To improve user convenience, this App saves the following data to the storage on your device (local storage). Except for data related to the World Ranking feature, this data is stored solely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:
Game high scores and play records
Volume settings for BGM and sound effects
Game progress status (unlocked characters, etc.)
We will not provide obtained personal information to third parties, except as required by law. However, the aforementioned advertisement delivery providers (Google AdMob, i-mobile Co., Ltd.) and backend service provider (Google Firebase) utilize information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
While this App is intended for users of a wide range of ages, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws or changes to the specifications of this App. If changes are made, we will notify you on this page.
