Individual Support

ColourFull Abilities provides individual support to participants for personal care, access the community and participate in social events!

All of our support workers are familiar with and understand the importance of feeling safe and accepted for who you are. We understand that personal care can feel invasive and we want to relieve any anxiety or stress that is associated with personal care as much as possible. With a group of non judgemental and supportive people as support workers, you will not be made to feel different. Staff are familiar with the ColourFull Abilities Expectations and are required to abide by these expectations at all times.

We customise our supports to suite you and your needs as well as support you to achieve your goals in line with your NDIS plan. If you want to learn more about how we can support you please contact us!

Each support worker has the necessary 'Working with Disability' and 'Working with Children' clearances as well as their 'First Aid training'.
