Color Talk: Paint & Learn ("the App") is developed for children and families to enjoy fun and safe painting activities. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
No personal data is collected from children.
The app does not require login, email, phone number, or any account.
The app does not access contacts, microphone, or location.
The app does not access your existing photos or videos, and does not use the device's photo/media picker.
With your permission, the App saves your child's finished paintings directly to your device's photo gallery, in an album named "PopColors Paintings." This is a write-only action — the App never reads, browses, or accesses any existing photos, videos, or albums already on your device.
The App also keeps a local record of saved paintings (such as filenames and save dates) within its own app storage, so your child can see their painting history inside the App.
All painted pictures and related records are stored locally on the device only.
Optional anonymous usage statistics may be collected (crash reports, app usage) to improve the app. These reports do not include personal information.
Currently, the App does not display ads and does not use third-party SDKs for personalized data.
If in the future we add services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AdMob Families), they will follow Google Play Families policies.
This App is designed for children and complies with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and Google Play Families Policy.
No personal information is ever requested or collected.
All data — including saved paintings and app records — is stored locally on your device.
No information is shared with third parties.
