This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Color Snake ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information. Color Snake is developed and published by ShiftStart.
By installing and playing Color Snake you agree to the practices described below.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other data that directly identifies you.
The Game does, however, work with third-party services that may automatically collect limited technical information needed to show ads and keep the Game working:
Advertising identifiers (such as your device's Advertising ID / AAID) and basic device information (device model, operating-system version, general region, language).
App-interaction and diagnostic data used to serve ads, measure ad performance, and detect fraud or crashes.
This information is collected and processed by our advertising partner, not by us directly (see Section 3).
Your game progress — such as the levels you have completed, your coins, lives and settings — is saved locally on your device only. We do not upload it to any server, and it is not linked to your identity. Uninstalling the Game removes this data.
Color Snake shows rewarded video ads (for example, to earn coins or an extra life) through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google.
Google may use device and advertising identifiers to serve and personalise ads, limit the number of times you see the same ad, and measure ad effectiveness. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own privacy policy:

Consent (EEA/UK). If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game shows a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) the first time you play, so you can choose whether to allow personalised ads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Game's settings.
Opting out of personalised ads. You can also reset or limit ad personalisation in your device settings:
Android: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads, where you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation.
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, packs of in-game coins). All payments are processed by Google Play. We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details or billing information — that is handled entirely by Google.
Color Snake is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We do not sell your personal information. The only sharing that occurs is the automatic processing of technical data by Google AdMob and Google Play, as described above, in order to run ads and process purchases. These services apply their own security measures to the data they handle.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you, and to withdraw consent for personalised ads. Because most such data is held by Google (not by us), you can exercise many of these rights directly through your Google account and device settings, or by contacting us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
