Thank you for choosing Pixel Tales (hereinafter referred to as "this application"). In order to protect your rights and interests and ensure the smooth operation of the service, we hereby formulate the following user subscription terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms"). Please read and understand these terms carefully before using this application and the various services it provides (hereinafter referred to as "services"). Once you start using this application or service, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Subscription Service Content
Membership Subscription: This application provides membership subscription services. Members can enjoy value-added services including but not limited to ad-free experience, exclusive pixel pattern library, priority participation in new activities and privileged props.
Automatic Renewal: The membership subscription service will adopt an automatic renewal mode unless you manually turn off the automatic renewal function before the end of the subscription period. The renewal fee will be deducted according to the price and period of the plan you selected when you first subscribed.
Price and Adjustment: We have the right to adjust the subscription price or service content according to market conditions, and will inform users in advance through in-app notifications or emails before the adjustment. Price adjustments do not apply to subscription cycles that have already taken effect.
2. Subscription Service
Subscription Type: This App provides an auto-renewable subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "Subscription"). Before the user cancels the subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, and the payment will be collected by Apple.
Subscription Content: Subscription Services may include, but are not limited to, access to specific content, features or services. Specific subscription content and services will be described in detail in the App.
Price and Payment: The price of the subscription service will be clearly marked in the App. You agree that Apple will automatically deduct fees from your iTunes account within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period to renew your subscription service. If the deduction fails, your subscription service may be interrupted.
Free trial period and discount price: If we provide a free trial period or discount price, you will enjoy the corresponding subscription service during the trial period or discount price period. However, please note that the free trial period or discount price is limited to one time, and the subscription items in the same subscription group can only be enjoyed once.
Subscription Cancellation and Refund: You can cancel your subscription manually by turning off the auto-renewal feature in iTunes/Apple ID Settings 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. If you cancel your subscription during the subscription period, we may not be able to provide a refund.
Restore purchase: For auto-renewable subscriptions, we provide a restore purchase function. If your subscription is interrupted for some reason, you can resubscribe through the restore function in the application and restore the previous subscription level and benefits. However, please note that "consumable products" and "non-auto-renewal subscriptions" do not provide a restore purchase interface.
3. User Consent for Data Processing Related to Refund Requests
In accordance with the App Store’s refund policy, when a user initiates a refund request, our server will receive a notification (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST) from Apple. In such cases, we will provide Apple with data related to the user’s subscription to assist Apple in making a decision regarding the refund request. Please note that the data provided is strictly limited to subscription-related consumption information and does not include any personal or sensitive data. We are committed to complying with Apple’s requirements and ensuring that all data processing activities fully adhere to privacy protection laws and regulations. By using this app, you consent to the transmission of your subscription consumption data to Apple, as required for processing refund requests, in compliance with the App Store’s refund policies.
4. Privacy and data protection
Information collection: In order to provide better services, we may collect your personal information, including but not limited to device information, usage habits, etc. We promise to strictly handle your personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" to protect your privacy rights.
Data use: The information we collect will only be used for the purpose of improving services, personalized recommendations, processing payment transactions and complying with laws and regulations.
5. User responsibilities
Legal use: You promise to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using this application and services, and not to engage in any illegal, infringing or destructive behavior of the service.
6. Termination and change
Service termination: This application has the right to unilaterally terminate or suspend your right to use the service in the event of violation of these terms, legal and regulatory requirements or business adjustments.
Terms change: We have the right to modify these terms at any time, and the modified terms will be announced in the application or notified to users by other means. Continuing to use the service means that you accept the revised terms.
7. Others
Complete Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and this application regarding the subscription service, and supersede all previous oral or written agreements between the two parties on this matter.
