Color Flow — Flood Puzzle ("the App") is a free mobile puzzle game developed by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

4. Advertising and Consent (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or California (USA), the App will display a consent dialog on first launch asking for your permission to show personalized ads.
If you accept: ads are personalized based on your interests
If you decline: you still see ads, but they are non-personalized (contextual only)
You can change your choice at any time by reinstalling the App

5. Notifications
The App may send you daily push notifications reminding you to claim your daily reward. These notifications are:
Scheduled locally on your device (no server involved)
Optional — you can disable them in your device Settings → Apps → Color Flow → Notifications
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
The App contains advertising that may not be suitable for children. Parents are advised to supervise app usage.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
All game data is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time by:
Using the "Reset Progress" option in the App's Settings
Uninstalling the App (all local data is deleted automatically)
We do not store any of your data on external servers and therefore cannot provide or delete data on your behalf beyond what is on your device.
8. Security
Since no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there is no server-side data to secure. Ad networks use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data they collect.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
