UGenius ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile game Color Sort – Water Puzzle Game (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and consent preferences.

We do not collect or store payment information.
We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore purchases across devices, and manage entitlements such as ad-free access. RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase-related identifiers.

Our App is designed to be safe for family audiences, including children under the age of 13.

Used only for purchase validation and entitlement management. RevenueCat does not use child data for advertising purposes.
Firebase Analytics & Sentry
Used solely for anonymous analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics to maintain app performance and stability.

Gameplay progress and settings are generally stored locally on your device and removed when you uninstall the App.
Crash and diagnostic data collected through Sentry may be retained for up to 90 days.
Firebase Analytics data may be retained for up to 14 months.
Purchase records may be retained by app stores and RevenueCat according to legal and financial requirements.
