Color Sort is a casual, offline color‑sorting game. We designed it to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Color Sort does not:

Ask for your name, phone number, address, or other personal profile data

Collect your contacts, photos, messages, or files

Track your GPS location

We do not use any third‑party analytics SDKs or advertising SDKs inside the game code itself.

Although we do not actively collect personal data inside the App logic, some limited technical information may be processed automatically by your device, the operating system, or distribution platforms such as Google Play.

Device information (non‑identifying): device model, operating system version, language, screen size, etc.

Crash and performance data: if your device or Google Play is configured to send crash reports or diagnostics, anonymised logs may be sent to Google Play Console or system services to help us identify stability issues.

This information is generally aggregated and does not identify you personally. It is used only for:

Ensuring the App runs correctly on different devices

Debugging crashes and improving stability and performance

We do not combine this technical data with any personal profile.

4. Local Storage (Scores & Settings)

Color Sort stores some data locally on your device only, such as:

Your best score / high score

Your game settings (e.g. difficulty, sound, vibration options)

This data:

Is stored on your device’s local storage or app data area

Is not automatically sent to us

Will be removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data

5. Children’s Privacy

Color Sort is suitable for a wide range of ages and does not contain offensive content.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Nonetheless, please note:

No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure

If you share your device with others, they may see your game progress and settings

8. Your Choices

You have the following options:

Uninstall the App: You can stop using Color Sort at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored scores and settings from your device.

System‑level controls: You may adjust system permissions (e.g. vibration, notifications) in your device settings, which can affect how the App behaves (for example, disabling vibration feedback).

If in the future we add new features that require additional data (such as online leaderboards or cloud save), we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request your consent.

9. International Users

Color Sort may be downloaded and used in different countries via Google Play.

Our intention is to minimize data collection globally and comply with applicable privacy regulations by default (for example, GDPR principles of data minimization).

If you are using the App from a region with specific data protection laws, your continued use of the App signifies your agreement that minimal technical data may be processed as described above for app functionality and diagnostics.
