Color Recall: Color Match (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Color Recall: Color Match mobile application (the “App”) on iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Color Recall: Color Match.
By downloading or using Color Recall: Color Match, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Overview
Color Recall: Color Match is a single-player color matching puzzle game. You study colors on a grid, then find matching tiles after the colors fade. The App includes Campaign, Daily, and Random play modes, optional in-game boosts purchased with virtual coins, optional rewarded advertisements, and an optional Remove Ads subscription.
We designed Color Recall: Color Match so that your game progress stays on your device. We do not require you to create an account. We do not operate a Color Recall: Color Match game server that stores your saves. We do not sell your personal information.
Color Recall: Color Match does use limited internet connections for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, subscription verification, and related services provided by Apple and Google, as described below.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:

Support communications you send to us about the App
The privacy practices described on our website or App Store listing that link to this policy
It does not apply to third-party websites, ads, or services that you may open from within the App, which are governed by their own policies.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
Color Recall: Color Match does not:
Require registration, login, or a password
Offer Sign in with Apple or any other account system
Collect your name, postal address, or phone number through the App
Use Game Center, leaderboards, or social multiplayer
Sync game progress to iCloud, CloudKit, or any developer-operated cloud save service
Access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, or precise location
Send push notifications or schedule local reminder notifications
Run background fetch or background processing tasks for user data
Sell your personal information
We also do not receive your credit card number, bank details, or Apple ID password. Purchases are handled by Apple.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
Color Recall: Color Match stores gameplay and preference data locally on your device using Apple’s UserDefaults (standard on-device preferences storage). This data is not uploaded to a Color Recall: Color Match server.
Locally stored information may include:
Campaign progress (highest unlocked level and levels unlocked via rewarded ads)
Daily challenge status, daily best score, and related date markers
Login streak information used for in-game bonuses
Virtual coin balance and coin spending for in-game boosts (such as hints, extra time, or a second chance)
Counters used to decide when interstitial ads may appear between levels
Whether you have completed the in-app onboarding flow
Local flags needed to reflect an active Remove Ads subscription entitlement on device
This information exists so the App can continue your progress, show the correct levels, award coins, and apply subscription benefits. If you delete the App, this local data is generally removed with the App, subject to iOS behavior and any device backups you maintain.
Virtual coins are an in-game currency only. They are not real money and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Information Processed Automatically Through Third-Party Services
When the App has network access, certain third-party services may automatically process technical and usage information as described in this section. Color Recall: Color Match does not operate a custom backend that stores your save files.
5.1 Advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob)
Color Recall: Color Match displays advertisements unless you have an active Remove Ads subscription (which removes banner and interstitial ads). Ad formats used by the App include:
Banner ads during active gameplay
Interstitial ads between levels after a set number of campaign wins
Rewarded ads you may choose to watch for optional benefits (such as continuing a level, doubling a daily score, or unlocking a single locked campaign level)
Advertising is provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information in order to serve, measure, and improve ads.
Before ads are requested, Color Recall: Color Match runs Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow where required (for example, in the EEA/UK and other regions covered by Google’s consent requirements). You may be shown a consent form that lets you accept, reject, or manage advertising-related choices according to applicable law.

5.2 App Tracking Transparency (Optional Personalized Ads)
On supported iOS versions, Color Recall: Color Match may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework so that advertising partners can access the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for more relevant ads and ad measurement.
This permission is optional
If you decline, you can continue playing with non-personalized (or limited) ads, subject to Google’s and Apple’s rules
You can change tracking permission later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device
The App’s tracking purpose string explains that the identifier may be used to deliver more relevant ads and measure ad performance.
5.3 Analytics (Firebase Analytics)
Color Recall: Color Match uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the App is used and to improve gameplay, stability, and features. Analytics events logged by the App are gameplay- and feature-oriented. Examples include:
Game start and game end (mode, level, success, score, targets found)
Mode selected (Campaign, Daily, or Random)
Continue used (via ad or coins)
Double daily score
In-game shop item purchases with virtual coins (hint, extra time, second chance)
Rewarded or interstitial ad placements
Remove Ads subscription product identifier after a successful subscribe event
These events are not intended to include your name, email address, or other direct contact details. Firebase may still process standard analytics technical data (such as app instance identifiers, device/app version information, and similar diagnostics) according to Google’s policies.

5.4 Crash Reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
Color Recall: Color Match includes Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose crashes. If the App crashes, Crashlytics may collect crash logs and related diagnostic data (for example, device model, OS version, app version, and stack traces) so we can fix bugs and improve reliability.
5.5 Firebase App Check / DeviceCheck
Color Recall: Color Match uses Firebase App Check with Apple’s DeviceCheck provider in release builds. This helps protect Firebase backends from abuse by attesting that requests come from a genuine app install on a real device. DeviceCheck involves device attestation signals managed by Apple and Google; it is not used to build a Color Recall: Color Match user profile or to store your game progress on our servers.
5.6 Apple App Store and StoreKit
When you view, purchase, restore, or manage subscriptions, Apple processes the transaction through StoreKit / the App Store. Apple may provide the App with subscription and transaction status needed to unlock Remove Ads benefits. See Section 7 for purchase details.
5.7 SKAdNetwork
The App includes Apple SKAdNetwork identifiers used by advertising partners for privacy-preserving ad attribution measurement on iOS. This measurement is designed by Apple to limit the sharing of user-level tracking data.
6. Device Permissions and On-Device Features
6.1 Tracking permission
As described above, Color Recall: Color Match may request App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized advertising. Declining does not prevent you from playing the game.
6.2 Audio
Color Recall: Color Match plays short system sound effects during gameplay using on-device audio APIs. The App does not record audio and does not request microphone access.
6.3 Haptics (Vibration)
Color Recall: Color Match may use the device’s haptic feedback generators for light tactile responses during play and onboarding. Haptics are processed entirely on your device.
6.4 Permissions we do not request
Color Recall: Color Match does not request access to the camera, photo library, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth peripherals for gameplay, motion fitness data, or precise location services.
7. Premium Features, In-App Purchases, and Subscriptions
7.1 Remove Ads subscription
Color Recall: Color Match offers an optional auto-renewable Remove Ads subscription (monthly and yearly options in the same subscription group). While active, the subscription removes banner and interstitial ads.
7.2 How Apple handles payments
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and the App Store
We never receive or store your credit card number, bank account details, or full payment credentials
Apple may provide us (and the App, via StoreKit) with information such as product identifiers, purchase/subscription status, transaction verification results, renewal or revocation state, and related entitlement data needed to unlock Remove Ads
You can Restore Purchases in the App so StoreKit can sync your Apple Account entitlements to the device
Manage, cancel, or request refunds through your Apple Account / App Store subscription settings (for example, Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS)
Payment confirmation, auto-renewal, and billing are governed by Apple’s terms. For Apple’s privacy practices, see Apple’s Privacy Policy.
7.3 Virtual coin shop
Hints, extra time, and second-chance continues may be purchased with virtual coins earned in gameplay. These are not App Store cash purchases and do not send payment card data to us.
8. Cloud Synchronization, Accounts, and Multiplayer
Color Recall: Color Match:
Does not provide cloud synchronization of game progress
Does not create user accounts
Does not use Sign in with Apple
Does not use Game Center
Does not offer online multiplayer, friend challenges, or cloud leaderboards
Your progress remains on the device where you play, unless you separately back up your device using Apple’s own backup features (which are controlled by Apple, not by Color Recall: Color Match).
9. Notifications
Color Recall: Color Match does not request notification permission and does not send push or local reminder notifications.
10. Information We Receive When You Contact Us
If you email us at fastfarming@proton.me, we will receive the information you choose to include, such as:
Your email address
The content of your message
Any attachments (for example, screenshots)
We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information you do not need us to see.
11. How We Use Information
We use information as follows:
On-device game data: to operate Color Recall: Color Match features (progress, coins, streaks, daily challenges, onboarding, and Remove Ads entitlement display)
Advertising services: to show ads that support the free version of the App, subject to your consent and tracking choices where applicable
Analytics: to understand feature usage and improve the game
Crash reports: to diagnose and fix stability issues
App Check / DeviceCheck: to help protect backend services from abuse
Subscription status from Apple: to unlock Remove Ads benefits
Support emails: to answer questions and resolve issues
We do not use your on-device game progress to build a marketing profile for sale to data brokers.
12. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Information may be processed by or shared with:
Apple — App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases/subscriptions, DeviceCheck attestation, and related platform services
Google — AdMob advertising, User Messaging Platform consent, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase App Check
Advertising partners participating through Google’s ad systems and Apple SKAdNetwork, according to their policies and your consent/tracking choices
Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
You, when you voluntarily email us support materials
Third-party services process data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
13. Data Retention
On-device game data remains on your device until you clear app data (where available) or delete the App
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google/Firebase according to their retention settings and our project configuration, for as long as needed to analyze usage and improve the App
Advertising data is retained by Google and advertising partners according to their policies and your consent choices
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable support records
Subscription and payment records are managed by Apple according to Apple’s policies
14. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information within our control, including relying on Apple platform security for local storage and industry-standard providers (Apple and Google) for payments, ads, analytics, and crash reporting.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.
15. International Users and GDPR
Color Recall: Color Match is available internationally through the App Store. If you use the App, information processed by Apple or Google may be handled in the United States or other countries where those companies operate.
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws:
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data, and to data portability, subject to applicable law
Where required, advertising consent is collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform before personalized ad requests are made under that framework
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, by updating ad/privacy choices presented by the consent form where available, and by changing tracking permission in iOS Settings)
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
To exercise rights that Color Recall: Color Match can fulfill directly (especially regarding support emails), contact fastfarming@proton.me. For data held only by Apple or Google, you may also need to use those companies’ tools and policies.
16. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and correct certain personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by law.
We do not sell personal information for money
Color Recall: Color Match uses advertising services that may involve “sharing” or targeted advertising under California law when personalized ads are enabled
You can limit personalized tracking by declining ATT permission and by using available ad consent / opt-out controls
You can also use Apple’s and Google’s advertising controls on your device
To make a request, email fastfarming@proton.me with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
17. Children’s Privacy
Color Recall: Color Match is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 for the purpose of creating accounts or contacting them. The App does not require account creation.
Because Color Recall: Color Match includes third-party advertising and analytics, parents and guardians should review this Privacy Policy and device-level tracking/ad settings before allowing a child to use the App. Where Google’s consent framework applies, the App is not configured to treat users as under the age of consent for that flow.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us by email, contact fastfarming@proton.me and we will delete it from our support records.
18. Your Choices and Rights
You can:
Play Color Recall: Color Match without creating an account
Decline App Tracking Transparency permission and still use the App
Manage advertising consent choices when a consent form is presented (where required)
Change tracking settings later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Subscribe to Remove Ads, restore purchases, or manage/cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings
Delete locally stored game data by deleting the App from your device
Contact us to request assistance with support-email data or other requests we can fulfill

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice within the App, on our website, or on the App Store listing. Your continued use of Color Recall: Color Match after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
