This iOS app is a private color companion designed to help you check the clarity of text against a background, organize frequently used palettes, and save contrast results locally before sharing a design. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
A COLOR WORKSPACE THAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
The colors, palette names, text and background combinations, and contrast results you create remain on your device. They are used only to provide color organization and readability-checking features. The developer does not receive, view, or store this content.
NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED
The app does not require registration, sign-in, or a user profile. You can use its core features without providing a name, email address, phone number, password, or other account information.
NO PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
The app does not collect personal information or device data. This includes contact details, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, financial information, health information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, browsing history, usage analytics, crash reports, diagnostic data, or the color content and contrast results you save in the app.
LOCAL PROCESSING
Contrast calculations and color comparisons are performed directly on your device. Your palettes and saved results are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. The app does not use your color choices to build a profile, personalize advertising, or track activity across other apps or websites.
NO ADVERTISING OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app contains no advertising networks, analytics platforms, tracking tools, social login services, or third-party SDKs that collect user data. The developer does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user information to advertisers, data brokers, or other companies because no such information is collected.
STORAGE AND DELETION
Your saved palettes and contrast results remain locally on your device until you delete them using the app’s available controls or remove the app and its local data. The developer keeps no server-side copy and cannot restore deleted local content.
Depending on your personal iOS and iCloud backup settings, Apple may include app data in a device backup. Those backups are controlled by you and Apple, are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices, and are not accessible to the app developer.
SECURITY
Keeping app content local limits exposure to remote systems. You should protect your device with appropriate security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID where available.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from any other user. Its no-collection approach applies to everyone.
PRIVACY RIGHTS
Because the developer does not hold personal data about users, there is no developer-hosted user profile or personal information database to access, correct, sell, or delete. You control locally stored app content through the app and iOS storage settings.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If a future version changes how information is handled, this policy will be updated before or alongside that change, and the effective date above will be revised to reflect the update.
