Riverb is a performative installation improvisation-based.
The purpose of the project is to create a connection between the milieux and the people.
The musicians are scattered across the space of the performance, very far from each other, so that the audience is able to move freely and explore the milieux.
The aim of every musician is to connect and create a relationship with the milieux, by imitating all the sounds they are hearing: natural, artificial and produced by the audience.
Every musician will transmit their audio signal with a FM transmitter on a specific frequency, which will be indicated on a sign on their station and across the space.
The audience will be using a radio, which can be owned or lent by the organizers, to freely tune on the different radio frequencies. In this way, the audience can move around the space the sound produced by every musician, or pollute the soundscape by tuning the radio to “normal” public radio stations.
