Lady Norwood Rose Garden

It's just roses ... but roses are actually quite rare in New Zealand, and increasingly so as taste moves away from the 'emblems of colonialism' to native species like flax, grasses, ferns, cabbage plants and trees (which to my mind are basically just 'green foliage plants'.) So to have a rose garden just up the road is quite a treat.
