CONDITIONING


Requirements:

  • Pickleball lines for reference


Lateral movement

  • You may do this at whatever intensity level you want
  • Split step then move to side line, back to the middle
  • Split step then to center line, back to the middle
  • Side line to center line back and forth laterally (build-up to1 min)


Set of line

You may do this at whatever intensity level you want

Always face the direction of travel

  • Long lines (Suicides)
    • Start at your baseline go to NVZ line,
    • Back to baseline then go to centerline,
    • Back to baseline then go to the opponent’s NVZ line,
    • Back to baseline then go to other baseline
    • Finish back at your baseline.
  • Short lines (Shortened version of the long lines).
    • Baseline to NVZ line,
    • Back to baseline then to centerline,
    • Only go back to NVZ line,
    • Then to the opponent NVZ and back to centerline,
    • Then to opponent baseline,
    • Finish at your baseline.
