New Membership System

The Cold Lake Pickleball Club is joining Pickleball Alberta's new on-line membership system. This replaces Track It Hub and will renew or sign you up with the Cold Lake Pickleball Club, Pickleball Alberta and Pickleball Canada.

EXISTING MEMBERS: Pickleball Alberta has most of your information from previous years membership. They want you to go in and make sure it is accurate and complete. Please read all 5 of these steps before clicking on the login icon.

To complete your account set-up:

1. Click on the login icon to the right (bottom for a phone). This will take you to the Pickleball Alberta membership page.

2. Again, click on the login icon in the top right hand corner of the Pickleball Alberta page.

3. Enter your club registration email as your username.

4. Click on Forgot Password and follow the prompts to set a new password

5. Verify and complete your information.

NEW MEMBERS: If you have never been a member of the Cold Lake Pickleball Club, Pickleball Alberta or Pickleball Canada then these are the steps you take to join. Please read all the steps before you click through.

1. Click through this link to the "JOIN US" page on the Pickleball Alberta site.

2. Once there you will be asked what Membership Level is suitable. The $10 indicated is included in the club fee of $50.00.

3. Click Next...

4. You will then be taken through a number of steps to complete your registration.

Our club and Pickleball Alberta only use this information for our internal purposes. Your information is not shared externally. Some of your contact information is provided to Pickleball Canada for their membership information.

You are in charge of keeping your membership information up to date. Our club will access the information in your profile for the purpose of communications, organizing play and other events.
