To start using the App, we only ask you to select your goals. Later, we may request details about your coin holdings. We also automatically collect your device’s language settings, IP address, time zone, device type and model, system settings, operating system, ISP, mobile carrier, hardware ID, and other unique identifiers (e.g., AAID). This data is required to provide services, analyze user engagement, and deliver advertisements.
To improve the App and optimize ad targeting, we may share this data with third parties including Facebook, Adjust, Grow IO, and Firebase. Sharing enables us to: (1) analyze user interactions (e.g., subscription frequency); (2) deliver targeted ads (e.g., to subscribers).
User Content (as defined in our Terms of Use, including user-submitted and AI-generated content): You may use, share, or otherwise exploit your User Content in compliance with our Terms of Use. You bear sole responsibility and risk for your User Content and its usage, including compliance with applicable laws. Note that we engage third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI) to deliver AI assistant features.

Your personal data is controlled by Aurorithm Limited, a legal entity incorporated in Hong Kong.
We collect data you voluntarily provide (e.g., goals, coin details) and automatically collected data (e.g., IP address).
2.1 Data You Provide
To start using the App, we only request your usage goals. Later, we may ask for coin information and camera access for coin identification, and location access to better verify coin origins.
When contacting support, you may need to provide your email address and other relevant details to fulfill your request.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
Referral Data: Information about how you discovered the App (e.g., the app/website where you clicked our ad).
Device & Location Data: Language settings, IP address, time zone, device type/model, system settings, OS, ISP, mobile carrier, hardware ID.
Usage Data: Records of your interactions with the service (e.g., features used, frequency of use, session duration, sections accessed, subscription orders).
Ad Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID, depending on your device OS). You may reset these identifiers in your device settings (we have no control over this action).

3.1 Service Provision

3.2 Personalized Experience
To tailor content and services to your preferences (e.g., coin collection recommendations).
3.3 Account Management & Support
To respond to your support requests and communications, including account access for issue resolution. We may send notifications about service performance, security, payments, and updates to our Terms of Use or this Policy.
3.4 User Communications
We send push notifications about special offers or App updates. You may opt out by adjusting your device settings. We use Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging and Notifications, which collect data on message delivery and interaction times.
3.5 Usage Research & Analysis
To improve the App and develop new features. We use Adjust (user acquisition tracking), Facebook Analytics (demographic insights), Firebase Remote Config (A/B testing and content customization), and Firebase Analytics. For details, see the providers’ privacy policies.
3.6 Marketing Communications
To send promotional content via in-app ads and push notifications. You may opt out of push notifications via device settings.
3.7 Ad Personalization
We and our partners (e.g., Facebook, Google) use your data to deliver targeted ads. To opt out of interest-based ads on Android, enable “Opt out of Interest-Based Ads” in your Google Settings and reset your ad identifier. We use Facebook Ads Manager and Custom Audiences to target ads to specific user groups (e.g., App installers).

To enforce our Terms of Use and protect our rights. We may share data with law enforcement agencies in case of disputes.

To process, use, or share data when required by law (e.g., responding to valid law enforcement requests).
We process your data based on the following legal grounds:
Consent: For location tracking and push notifications.
Contract Performance: For service provision, personalized experience, account management, and user communications.

California residents have the right to request, once per year, information about personal data shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
