👏 Introduction

My research investigates how interhemispheric interaction varies with task difficulty in lexical decision-making. Based on previous research showing that interhemispheric interaction becomes more advantageous as task difficulty increases, I evaluate this effect by manipulating nonword types in a lateralized lexical decision task, where stimuli are processed in the contralateral hemisphere. I have designed a series of behavioral experiments to compare the bilateral redundancy effect across different types of nonword conditions in lateralized lexical decision tasks.
