Sometimes, I have trouble falling asleep at night.

Honestly, when I discovered this, it was by pure accident. So I am going to make some theories/guesses about it.

The 'It' I believe is the Eyes or Eye Deity. And the "It says its my friend" part is the Eyes. 

I am not sure about who 'Them' is, but I can sense there is some regret or anger in it. 

Obviously, seems like the food that this person has been recieving is not the best tasting. Definetly hates Gobbos.

For some reason, it mentions a Formula; a pattern of some sorts. What is that pattern though?

Also there is some contradictions to the sentences, like Too much water and Not enough water.

But the main message the person had written is to not listen and trust it; to not trust of listen to the Eyes.

Escuse me, but who the fuck is Raph. Why not tell Raph???
