Booking Policies
All appointments are request-only through my website.
Once you request a date and time, I’ll review it and either approve or message you to reschedule if needed.
If your request isn’t approved, you’re welcome to submit another date or time that works better.
Cancellations + No-Shows
• please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in declined future bookings.
• 10-minute grace period for lateness. after that, your appointment may be canceled or shortened depending on the service.
Payments
full payment is due at the end of your appointment.
accepted payment methods: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.
for haircut appointments:
• my school requires a commission fee, which must be paid separately, either cash (at least $20) or Venmo.
• my personal fee + tip can be paid using any of my accepted payment methods above.
please have both ready before your appointment starts
Location Policy
i currently work between two locations: my cosmetology school and my private studio (home-based).
• the location depends on the service type and day of the week.
• the exact address for my private studio is not shared publicly and will only be sent the morning of your appointment for safety and privacy reasons.
• please do not share the address with anyone else.
• parking instructions will be included in your confirmation message.
Service Details
• creative / transformative color services require a consultation before booking.
• please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise noted.
• additional time or cost may apply for extra long or thick hair.
Content Policy
photos + videos may be taken during your appointment for my portfolio and social media.
if you’re not comfortable being filmed or photographed, just let me know beforehand — no problem at all 🖤
Additional Policies:
Dye fee still applies to all color services. (If you're getting color, please note that a dye fee will be added to your service cost unless you are bringing your own dye.
Client intake form must be filled out prior to booking for any color appointments. Failure to complete the form may result in your appointment being denied or rescheduled. I provide bleach & developer for all lightening/color services.
