Welcome to CoffeeMood (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CoffeeMood iOS application (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using CoffeeMood, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
CoffeeMood provides coffee recommendations based on user-input preferences such as mood and taste. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Use automated systems to access the App
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
CoffeeMood uses artificial intelligence to generate coffee suggestions.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your personal circumstances.
CoffeeMood provides lifestyle suggestions only.
CoffeeMood is not a medical, nutritional, or health service.
The App must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any medical condition.
All recommendations are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Always consult qualified professionals for medical or dietary advice.
Content provided by CoffeeMood does not constitute professional, medical, or nutritional advice. Your use of any recommendation is entirely at your own risk.
CoffeeMood may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their policies.
CoffeeMood does not control Apple’s billing or refund processes.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in CoffeeMood are owned by or licensed to CoffeeMood and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
CoffeeMood integrates third-party services (such as analytics, subscription management, and AI providers). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party practices or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoffeeMood shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Personal dissatisfaction arising from AI-generated recommendations
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoffeeMood from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to CoffeeMood at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoffeeMood after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
