Privacy Policy — Coffee Compass (Kitebound Ventures)

Coffee Compass is an offline Android app. It uses your device's location and

compass (rotation-vector) sensors solely to show your position on the map,

calculate the bearing and walking route to a café you choose, and guide you

during navigation.

What we collect: nothing. Your location and sensor data are processed only on

your device. They are never collected, stored on a server, shared, or

transmitted to us or any third party. The app has no accounts, no analytics,

no advertising, and makes no network requests during normal use.

Optional outbound link: if you tap "Consult the wider chronicles," the app

opens a maps service in your browser using the café's name only. Your location

is never included. That service's handling of the visit is governed by its own

privacy policy.

Café and map data are bundled from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap

contributors, ODbL); offline routing uses BRouter; map tiles use Protomaps.

The app requires no sign-in and collects no personal data.

Children: the app is suitable for general audiences and collects no data.
