Microphone Data: We request microphone access to enable our core Voice-to-Text feature. Audio recordings are processed in real-time to facilitate your conversations with the AI personas. We do not store your voice recordings on our servers.
In-App Purchases (Billing): If you choose to purchase premium features (e.g., subscriptions or coins), your payment is processed directly through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your financial information (e.g., credit card numbers). We only maintain a record of your purchase history to grant you the corresponding premium benefits.
We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

To Provide the AI Chat Experience: Your text and voice inputs are sent to third-party generative AI services (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating conversational responses.
To Fulfill and Manage Your Purchases: We use your information to fulfill and manage your subscriptions, coin purchases, and payments made through the App via Google Play.
To Request Feedback: We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our App.
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
Specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your text and voice transcripts with third-party AI providers to generate responses. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and are not allowed to use your personal data for their own purposes (e.g., training their models on your personal data without anonymization).
Google Play Billing: Payment transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment details.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age (or a higher age threshold as required by applicable laws, such as 16 in certain jurisdictions). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
Depending on your region, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. You can delete your local chat history at any time through the App's settings or by clearing the App's cache/data.

Data Collection & Security: Data is encrypted in transit where applicable.
Microphone Access: Explicit consent is requested before accessing the microphone. The microphone is strictly used for voice-to-text functionality. Audio is not recorded or stored persistently by the App.
Data Deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of their data. Since the primary data (chat history) is stored locally on the device, users can easily delete this data by using the "Clear Data" option in the device settings or uninstalling the app.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
