MakeBlock - Potentiometer Control
What is a Potentiometer?
A potentiometer is a variable resistor that allows your to change different variables. For example, the volume control on a radio is controlled by a potentiometer. At lower volumes the potentiometer resistance is greater, and at higher volumes the resistance is less. Think of it like a hoze nozzle. When the nozzle is open only a little bit, there is high resistance to water flow. When the nozzle is wide open, there is low resistance to water flow.
- use the sample code as a start to code the Land Raider to move forward and backward as you rotate the potentiometer
- Can you use the potentiometer to create a light dimmer when also using the RGB light module?
- Can you use the potentiometer to control change the pitch of sounds played by the on board speaker?
