Privacy Policy for Roblox Codes

BWJ Hub ("we", "our", or "us") built the Roblox Codes app (the "App") as a free application. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Our App does not require users to create an account or provide any personal information such as name, email address, or phone number. We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to generate a random user ID solely for the purpose of managing your in-app preferences (such as favorite games and submitted codes). This ID is not linked to your real identity in any way.
2. User Submissions
When you submit a game code through the App, the following information is stored:
The game code you submitted
The associated game ID
The reward description
An anonymous user ID (to show your submissions back to you)
A timestamp of submission
No personally identifiable information is collected during this process.
3. Push Notifications
If you choose to enable push notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you alerts when new codes are available for your favorite games. A device token is generated by Firebase for this purpose. You can disable notifications at any time through the App's settings or your device settings.
4. Local Data Storage
The App stores certain data locally on your device using Room Database, including cached game information, code details, and your notification preferences. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Anonymous Authentication) — Google Privacy Policy
These services may collect information used to identify you. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, there is no risk of children's data being mishandled. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary action.
7. Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Since we do not collect personal information, there is minimal data to retain. Anonymous user submissions are stored on our servers for as long as the associated game code is relevant. Local data stored on your device can be cleared by clearing the App's cache or uninstalling the App.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
