Privacy is an important factor in developing Software Applications for users and I take it very seriously.

Information Collection

It is my responsibility to inform you of what's collected, when, and why.

1. Usage Data: When using Services that I provide I may collect Usage Statistics/Analytics depending on the Service.
   This is generalized data and does not intentionally identify individual Users.
   I collect this data to help with the Development and/or Maintenance of the Service.

2.  Contact Data: When communicating with me through various messaging  platforms such as Email,  and/or Reviews I may collect information on how to contact you.
   This data is meant to intentionally identify individual Users.
   I collect this data so that I can contact you about the  subject that was brought to me. This means that if you  request help or report a Software Bug I  may get back to you about the issue so that I can fix it. I won't contact you without you providing consent. So, if you sign up for Email Alerts or Newsletters you will hear from me but never unsolicited  messaging.

3. Device Data: When using Services that I provide I may collect identifiable Device Information such as which Browser you use, what OS you have on your Computer, what Hardware you have (Desktop/Laptop/Mobile/Tablets), or what Features/APIs your Device has available.
   This is generalized data and does not intentionally identify individual Users.
   I collect this data to help with the Development and/or Maintenance of the Service.

4. Location Data: When using Services that I provide I may collect relevant Location Information.
   This is only used in conjunction with Usage Data like what your IP address might be and what Country /Region it came from.

5. Session Data:  When using Services that I provide I may collect Session  Data that is relevant to your Browser or the Service.
   This data is meant to intentionally identify individual Users.
   I collect this data so that I can provide features that are targeted at individual Users. This means that  you may have a unique identifier for the sole purpose of tracking your Session.  An example of this is what IP Address you have when visiting a Website that I provide or whether you are logged into the Service that I provide. This data also helps keep your specific data yours by allowing me to know whos data is whos. An example of this is a User Login with relevant User Data.

6. User Data: When using Services that I provide I may collect User Data that is relevant to the Service  but that you might consider Sensitive or "Yours".  User Data  is also known as User Generated Content
   This data is, by definition, is meant to intentionally identify individual Users.
   I collect this data so that I can provide features that are targeted at individual Users. For example if I have a Website that collects images that you upload to the Service those images are considered User Data and are not shared with Third-Parties. I consider this your data. Depending on the Service I may use this data for the indirect Development and/or Maintenance of the Service.

7. Payment Data:  When using Services that I provide I may collect Payment Data indirectly through Third-Party Payment Services.
   This data is meant to intentionally identify individual Users.
   I collect this data so that I can get paid for the Services that I provide that cost money. However, if a platform says that one of my Services is free I still might have Payment Data that could intentionally identify you.

8.  Third-Party Data:  When using Services that I provide sometimes these Services use Third-Party Services that may collect your data.
   The Data that I recieve from Third-Party Services I collect in accordance  of this Privacy Policy.
   I use Third-Party Services sometimes to make Development and/or Maintenance easier for me.
   Third-Party Services might collect your data differently. If a Third-Party Service is in violation of this  Privacy Policy then I would like to know so that I might be able to find an alternative solution.

I do not share your User Data or Usage Data with Third-Parties for any purpose except where required by law.

Security

I am committed to ensuring the security of any information that I collect from Service Users.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Changes

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Services or changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
If I make significant changes, I will do my best to inform Service Users.
