Jim Croy is the owner and lead trainer at ELEVATE Basketball & Performance Training (www.elevatebasketballtraining.com) in Concord.  He brings a unique skill set to our staff and has an incredible passion for working with and motivating kids. In addition to training, coaching, and running camps at Elevate he has coached youth soccer, basketball, was the Director of Coaching for the Woodlands Swim Team and is currently the Athletic Director for the St. John Vianney basketball program.  At Elevate, Jim mentors and trains kids as young as 5 years old through college and even several NBA athletes.  Prior to joining our staff Jim spent 16 years in the financial services industry where he worked as a product manager.  Jim grew up in Walnut Creek and after graduating from Northgate High School played college basketball at Cal Poly and Westmont College.  He graduated from Westmont College in 1998 with a degree in Business.  Jim lives in Walnut Creek with his wife (Maryann) and two daughters (Jaley and Josie). Jim is excited to be a part of the SPA family and making our school a great place to learn, grow and prepare our children to follow their dreams and passions.
