Hey guys. I just wanted some advice on how to progress in the builder base. i recently came back to the game about a month ago from a 3 year long hiatus and I have been struggling with progressing the builder base lately. The main base has been surprisingly easy and quick compared to what I remember. Everything feels so much cheaper in the main base and the resources are also more abundant I feel. I left the game a few months after the second base was added I think and I almost made it to 3000 trophies as a bh5 (picrel). I had to leave the game due to some personal reasons before I could hit that milestone but now that I am back, I am struggling to go past even 2500 trophies. It is like the game wants me to be stuck at the 2200 to 2400 trophy range. I keep fluctuating in the same trophy range no matter how good my attacks are. It is like an invisible wall that I just can't get past. It's like the game just wouldn't let me get past the 2500 mark. I am able to consistently get high percentage two stars and even 3 star some rushed bh7 or bh8s. I do fail some times but my attack success rate is around 80% I feel that is I am able do a 70%+ two atar attack atleast 4 out of 5 times. But my win rate is really bad. It stays fairly consistent in the 2200-2400 range. It is really high below 2200 (like almost all the matches are wins). But the win rate takes a really sharp drop at 2400+ trophies for me. I am unable to go beyond 2500 because of that. In fact, the highest i was able to achieve this last month was 2496. I just want more loot and the progress is really slow in this trophy range.

I had made this base before my hiatus and it defends pretty well. I am able to defend against night witch spammers but this base struggles against people who actually know how to attack properly as most of the times they are of a higher level in terms of offense. In the beginning after I came back, I was using barbarians and bombers exclusively, except for when the air defence is really bad, where I use all baby dragons. I have recently switched to barbarians with cannon carts and I really like them. I used to they think that cannon carts were like really weak but they are doing really well for me nowadays. They must have been buffed I think in between sometime. If the meta for bh6 is something else, please do tell me and I'll try and learn that strategy.

Going through other posts about builder base on this sub, I figured out that the general consensus towards builder base is to rush. I have never been a rusher on both sides of the pond. My stupid autistic brain always makes me upgrade every single thing before the main hall. It just feels weird to me. I couldn't explain the feeling even if I wanted to.

So I am asking if rushing but higher trophies/loot or not rushing with slow progress is just the hard pill that I would have to swallow if I want to have fun playing the builder base? I enjoy the builder base and would like to get more trophies but if the game design has been changed such that lower builder halls have no chance to go up in trophies, then I feel that is really unfair. Skill should be more important I think but please share your opinions too.

The issue is that when create a new experience builder app, adding a map widget and enable base map gallery option , The base map gallery widget is not able to load the local base maps and show "No basemaps available" label, and when tracing requests initiated from browser developer tool found that the widget on open initiate request to ArcGIS online and fail, So what could be the issue and is there any configurations missing.

The problem occurs in Stage 2, in the fn fetch_and_parse_xml. I've passed in the two strings for City name and associated URL. On the line before the get(url)? I print out the two strings and the URL is fully formed, with its base. As soon as it tries to get the file I get the error message: "Error: builder error: relative URL without a base"

Builder base is honestly simply unbearable! Let me start by saying that I try my best to like BB, I even defended it many times. But good God. Supercell obviously knew no one had interest in playing it, so they gated a massive upgrade to your main village (6th builder) behind a ton of progression on BB, except it's still just a shameless bait for gem rushing. I mean, a lot of people already dislike or even hate builder base, why is supercell doing this additionally? For me, I would maybe skip occasionally skip a few hours to not let the time waste over night, but I sure do not pay 130 gems for 5 hours. For that amount i could skip around 11-12 hours in the main base. Is there any real reason for it besides that they think we would pay more for it? Because it really makes me sad that additionally to all the other things players are complaining about in builder base, this is something I think should be everywhere stay the same.

I was wondering if there is a way to set base design tokens (e.g. color, padding, and margin scales) and how to apply these tokens to the built-in components (e.g. all buttons should have X color, Y padding, and Z border radius).
