What if I told you I can help you discover the key to your freedom? Imagine life free from worries about your career, health, money, relationships or more. What would your life be like if you were fully aligned to your life purpose? How would you engage in your world differently?

It is your thinking that causes you stress. Yes it is only ever your mind. That is the power of thought to create our world. That is the order of creation. You think a thought. You feel the effects of having that thought. You have an emotion. You act out of that emotion. If you are feeling angry you may stamp your feel or grind your teeth. And so you have the consequences, the results (fall out with your boss, argument with your wife, shout at the children... etc)

Here is the order of creation

I coach you by helping you identify the thinking. The first step in the order of creation. To name the thought you are thinking that is causing the stressful feeling. Then I ask the four questions and sub-questions of The Work about that thought.. I support you to find your own turnarounds to each of your thoughts. The Work gives you find a way to find your own answers and of experiencing freedom, to move beyond your limiting beliefs.

The Work is not a teaching; I coach you by asking you questions. It always remains your inquiry and an invitation to find for yourself what is true for you. In the past 30 years hundreds of thousands of people all over the world have used this inquiry to radically turn their lives around.

When you come to me for coaching in The Work, you tell me on what area of your life you would like to focus.

The diagram below can gives you an indication of the different areas of your life to work on. Usually (but not always) it is the area of your life that is causing you the most stress.

Through inquiry you can watch the stress in that area simply falling away. It sounds too simple to be true. It has to be experienced to feel the power of The Work.

I have used The Work people who are suffering with all sorts of stressful thinking about family, friends, important relationships, children and other loved ones, fear about the future, panic about money, health or work, business, finances, insomnia, panic attacks, eating problems, phobias and addictions are all issues that can be addressed through The Work. I've worked with people with a mental health diagnosis including OCD, panic disorders, bipolar and other forms of depression.

Through The Work for both myself as a student of the process, and for all my clients, I have seen a kinder and gentler understanding arise.

There is often a lot of joy and laughter on the other side of a stressful thought.
