Coach Planner is a mobile training journal for fitness coaches. The app is developed and operated by Vitalii Efremenko, an individual developer based in Phuket, Thailand.

Account data. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. The password is never visible to us — it is handled by Google Firebase Authentication and stored only in encrypted form.
Data you enter into the app. This includes client names, training records, training blocks, prices, session counts, dates, notes and exercise lists. You choose what to enter.
Subscription status. If you buy a subscription, we receive from Apple and RevenueCat the fact that a subscription is active and when it expires.
We do not collect your name, phone number, address, location, contacts, photos, health data or device identifiers for tracking. We do not use analytics or advertising services. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
We use your data only to make the app work: to sign you in, to store and display your clients and trainings, to calculate remaining sessions and monthly income, and to unlock paid features for subscribers.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication and database storage. Google acts as our data processor.
RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — subscription status management. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and your subscription status, not your app content.
Apple — processes all payments. We never see your card details or billing information.
We do not share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the Singapore region (asia-southeast1). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Access rules are enforced on the server: your records can be read and modified only from your own authenticated account. Other users of the app cannot see your data.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all of it is deleted permanently.
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Settings → Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account and all your clients, trainings and training blocks. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
The app lets you store information about the people you train. You decide what to enter about them, and you are responsible for that information under the privacy laws that apply to you. We process it only on your behalf, to provide the app.
We recommend entering only what you actually need for your work, and not entering health details, documents or other sensitive information about your clients.
The app is intended for professional use by adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
You can access and correct your data at any time inside the app. You can delete all of it using Settings → Delete account.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your data, to object to processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to coachplanner.app@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app.

Данные аккаунта. При регистрации мы получаем ваш email и пароль. Пароль нам недоступен — его обрабатывает Google Firebase Authentication и хранит только в зашифрованном виде.
Данные, которые вы вводите сами. Имена клиентов, записи о тренировках, тренировочные блоки, цены, количество занятий, даты, заметки и списки упражнений. Что вводить — решаете вы.
Статус подписки. При покупке подписки мы получаем от Apple и RevenueCat факт того, что подписка активна, и дату её окончания.
Мы не собираем ваше имя, телефон, адрес, геолокацию, контакты, фотографии, медицинские данные и идентификаторы устройства для отслеживания. Мы не используем аналитику и рекламные сервисы. Мы не отслеживаем вас в других приложениях и на сайтах.
Только для работы приложения: вход в аккаунт, хранение и отображение клиентов и тренировок, подсчёт остатка занятий и дохода за месяц, открытие платных функций подписчикам.
Мы не продаём ваши данные. Мы не используем их для рекламы. Мы не передаём их кому-либо в маркетинговых целях.
Google Firebase (Google LLC) — аутентификация и хранение базы данных. Выступает нашим обработчиком данных.
RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) — управление статусом подписки. Получает анонимный идентификатор пользователя и статус подписки, но не содержимое вашей базы.
Apple — обрабатывает все платежи. Данные вашей карты и платёжная информация нам недоступны.
Никому другому мы данные не передаём, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законом.
На серверах Google Firebase в регионе Сингапур (asia-southeast1). Передача идёт по зашифрованным соединениям.
Правила доступа проверяются на сервере: ваши записи можно читать и изменять только из вашего собственного аккаунта. Другие пользователи приложения ваших данных не видят.
Пока существует ваш аккаунт. При удалении аккаунта всё удаляется безвозвратно.
Аккаунт можно удалить в любой момент прямо в приложении: Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Для подтверждения потребуется пароль.
Удаление происходит сразу и необратимо. Вместе с аккаунтом удаляются все ваши клиенты, тренировки и блоки. Восстановить удалённые данные невозможно.
Удаление аккаунта не отменяет активную подписку. Подписками управляет Apple: Настройки iPhone → ваш аккаунт Apple → Подписки.
Приложение позволяет хранить информацию о людях, которых вы тренируете. Что именно вносить — решаете вы, и вы отвечаете за эту информацию в рамках применимого к вам законодательства о персональных данных. Мы обрабатываем её только от вашего имени, чтобы приложение работало.
Рекомендуем вносить только то, что действительно нужно для работы, и не вносить медицинские сведения, документы и другую чувствительную информацию о клиентах.
Приложение предназначено для профессионального использования взрослыми. Оно не адресовано детям, и мы сознательно не собираем данные лиц младше 16 лет.
Вы можете просматривать и исправлять свои данные в любой момент внутри приложения. Удалить всё — через Настройки → Удалить аккаунт.
В зависимости от страны проживания у вас также может быть право запросить копию своих данных, возразить против обработки или подать жалобу в надзорный орган. Для этого напишите на coachplanner.app@gmail.com. Мы ответим в течение 30 дней.
При изменении политики мы обновим дату вверху страницы. О существенных изменениях сообщим в приложении.
