Over the years I've coached 100+ clients across different goals, from lifestyle to photoshoot physiques and athletes stepping on stage.
Many of these results are from coaches who initially wanted to improve their own physiques.
Through going through the process themselves they gained a much deeper understanding of what it takes to achieve higher standard results, which then helped them become far more confident when coaching their own clients.

Couldn't face walking inside a gym. Has struggled with anxiety, depression and other mental health battles majorty of her teens / 20's.

Struggled with eating disorder.
After overcoming that and rebuildign her self, she soon came to realise she was now being way too comoftbale.
She couldn't understand why her clients were not getting the results they should be. Which made her step into her own client shoes to see what it is they have to go through.
Since doing so, devon now has clients gettign results frequantly, due to the fact she lead from the front as a client her self.
A bouns to that - she stepped up to complete a photshoot, step on stage and walk away with x2 first places and x2 second places in just one season.

at first he questioned how coaching would help him do more than what he was already doing.
The reality was - he didn't need to do more, he needed better strucutre, execution and conistency.

About myself
I’ve been coaching for over 8 years, working with clients both online and face to face across different goals including fat loss, body recomposition, building muscle, photoshoots and competitive physiques.
I started out in commercial gyms, working my way up from running bootcamps and coaching on the gym floor, to becoming a rent-based personal trainer, and eventually building an online coaching business.
Over the years I’ve worked with 100+ clients, helping people achieve results across a range of goals from general lifestyle transformations through to stepping on stage.
In the last couple of years I’ve also started working with coaches who initially wanted to improve their own results. Through going through that process themselves, many of them have developed far more confidence and experience in helping their own clients achieve stronger results too.
As a result, they’ve been able to tighten up their coaching structure, make better decisions when clients stall, and ultimately lead from the front for the people they coach.
