Oumar is fluent in three different languages: Bambara (mother tongue), French (official language of country of origin), and English. With family and relatives across the globe, Oumar regularly navigates among different cultures and travels between different continents such as North America, Africa, Europe, and South America.
In his coaching, Oumar leverages his cultural diversity to accomplish the following with his clients: better connecting, better understanding of the coachee's mindset, more empathy, and more compassion.
