Oumar is fluent in three different languages: Bambara (mother tongue), French (official language of country of origin), and English. With family and relatives across the globe, Oumar regularly navigates among different cultures and travels between different continents such as North America, Africa, Europe, and South America.

In his coaching, Oumar leverages his cultural diversity to accomplish the following with his clients: better connecting, better understanding of the coachee's mindset, more empathy, and more compassion. 

While he leverages cultural diversity in his coaching to better serve his clients, Oumar also strives to abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and adhere to the  fundamental principles of coaching such as confidentiality, professionalism, active listening, and presence in order to mitigate the risk for unconscious bias such as assumptions, stereotypes, similarity trap etc.
