Oumar Traore is a Leadership and Executive coach. Before developing a knack for coaching, he has accumulated over a decade of experience in Human Resources with a proven expertise in the area of talent management, leadership development, team building, and training.

He is currently working towards his Associate Certified Coach credential (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is a member of the South Florida ICF chapter and a volunteer on the Membership committee. 

Having spent all my professional life in the people business ("Human Resources"), I have come to believe that everyone has the potential to discovering their own answers in terms of who they are, what they want, and how to get there. More often than not, what gets in the way are obstacles such as limiting beliefs, fear, lack of belief in oneself etc. 

I see coaching as a way of creating a safe space for a thought-provoking conversation that inspires my clients to identify and overcome their own boundaries in order to reach their potential. In that process, I, the coach, abide by the ICF Code of Ethics and adhere to the  fundamental principles of coaching such as confidentiality, professionalism, active listening, and presence.
