Lodging and boarding arrangements for all participants interested will be made by our institute in nearby Guest House/Hotels/in campus hostel. Hence delegates must inform the organizing secretary 15 days prior to the conference.

Berhampur is well connected by Train/Bus Services. It has got the rail connection that links Howrah-Chennai route. Nearest air-port is Biju Patnaik Airport & Visakhapatnam International Airport. College is 13KM from Brahampur Railway Station and 3km from NH 45 towards Tara Tarani Temple.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

No T.A, D.A. will be paid to participants. However T.A. can be met partially to persons presenting papers & delivering lecturers subject to availabil­ity of funds.
