Ensure that the online registration form is submitted with correct and complete details.

Present your PRC ID and seminar entry pass at the registration booth.

Ensure that the attendance sheet is duly signed and accomplished.

Please be present for the entire duration of the seminar.  Complete attendance at the seminar is required.

Submit the pre-test before the seminar begins.

Submit the post-test at the end of the seminar.

Submit the evaluation form at the end of the seminar.
