Species of Plum Named for Concordia
Today, the Environment Ministry announced that the produce of a species of prunus was to be named the Concordian Minature Plum. About the size of a cherry, these slightly bitter plums are found widely through the National Gardens. In a joint agreement with the President, Environment Minister McKenzie decided to name the fruits as such.
Alongside the announcement and the naming, the Envirnment Ministry also announced it would be harvesting the plums and storing them for later consumption. Attatched is an image of the berries.
