Dennis vaughn, a.k.a. "Rojo," passed quickly on February 5, 2020. Rojo's calling was to serve others. He served as U.S. Army soldier, deputy sheriff, private detective, Fire Department chaplain and as pastor for many different churches. He was a member of CMA for over 25 years and attended meetings in New Mexico, Texas and Mississippi. He was very passionate about his involvement with the CMA ministry. He participated in Run for the Son for many years. One of his fondest memories was joining a small group from the state CMA of New Mexico to participate in a prayer ride through the entire state of New Mexico. Rojo's famous saying was, "Been there, done that " and now he's gone home - God Bless!
Dennis Vaughn always had a smile on his face. He was a great man of God for all people he encountered. He was a pastor, biker, soldier, and officer all wrapped up in the body of a man of joy and peace. Dennis was a great companion on many trips. Dennis was a great listener and would "hear you out" before offering the best advice a guy would ever hear. lt is not an exaggeration to say that DENNIS VAUGHN WAS A BLESSING TO EVERYONE HE MET.
