神經復健與應用研究實驗室

本研究室著重於神經復健與其應用之研究，研究方向分為兩大領域：

 一、復健研究於臨床實務和社區復健之應用：透過執行科學，將具有實證研究為基礎的復健知識、治療介入或科技裝置，實際應用於臨床實務和社區復健中，評估其執行成效和探討可能的促進和妨礙因子。

二、神經復健之機制與療效驗證：透過臨床評估量表、運動學、生物力學、肌肉電訊號或腦部影像分析，探討中樞神經損傷患者之損傷機制和神經復健療法之療效驗證。

The NEAR Lab focuses on neurorehabilitation and its applications following stroke. Our research falls under 2 streams:

1.  Application of rehabilitation research in clinical practice and community-based rehabilitation: Using an implementation science perspective, we aim to translate knowledge, facilitate the uptake of evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation devices, evaluate the implementation, and identify associated barriers and facilitators in clinical and community settings.

2.  Mechanisms underlying motor recovery and effectiveness of neurorehabilitation: We use clinical assessments, kinematic and biomechanical approaches, electromyography, and portable neuroimaging tools to examine the effects of interventions and explore the brain recovery mechanisms driven by neurorehabilitation.
